Gnucash does not have a useflag mt940 to enable import of mt940 files (using
aqbanking), aqbanking itself _does_ support the mt940 file format via the hbci
USE flag (although it needs to be updated to version 2.2.3 to support my bank )

--enable-mt940 configure flag depends on hbci
