hi,

i updated the libclxclient 3.3.1 ebuild (taken from pro-audio) with the new
project homepage & source url.

compiles fine on my ~amd64, x86 not tested.

updated homepage, download URI, license, dependencies, re-masked.

Some cleanups of the previously posted ebuild. Tested on x86

revised makefile patch

revised Makefile patch. changes from previously posted patch include dropping
gcc optimization flag to prevent shadowing of CLFAGS, dropping ldconfig invoke,
and using install -D to create directories
