- or, maybe, individual koffice packages should take care of this (since l10n
of office programs is quite important if English is not your primary ...)

We don't have the ressources. When you're keen on doing and maintaining this in
the long run, patches are welcome.

Err, was a bit quick with it. Arch teams, please keyword the
koffice-i18n-1.6.2.
