Most 3d applications give error "glxinfo: bufmgr_fake.c:1245: bmReleaseBuffers: Assertion `intel->locked' failed" on i965 hardware. Some apps can handle this, some don't.

Attaching patch to fix this. It's fixed in mesa-6.5.2_pre20061102.

People keep saying that 6.5.2 will be released "soon".  Donnie, do you have any idea how soon?

rc3 is supposed to come out any time. I expect the release a day or two after. I really don't know exactly what's holding it up at this point, so I just posted to the mesa list to ask.

This is fixed in 6.5.1-r4.
