You are missing emovix in IUSE. Other thing is, _preX > betaX (looks like
upstream needs a better clue... :P) 

Please remove the _pre versions, people will get the older _pre releases
instead of the latest _beta otherwise. (masterdriverz already fixed
package.mask, _beta1 got unmasked because of the bad upstream versioning).

IUSE fixed, I'll leave it up to deathwing to sort out versioning issues.
