gkrelltop starting with this version doesn't anymore need imlib and so gtk+-1
(that's really cool). Also it has russian translation, so i added support for
nls flag. Patch to ebuild follows.

Which ebuild is this about? There's gkrelltop-2.2.6 in the tree (and
gkrellsun-1.0.0 as well).
