Bug 15502 – gstreamer-0.6.2-r2 fails to compile

Its in the middle of this...I got as much as I could.  Hunted around the gentoo
and gnome forums, and coming up empty for a solution.

this will emerge with just ~sparc, x86 or ~x86 isn't necessary.

Just added a patch for sparc to resolve this issue.  Please test and let me know your results (works for me).

Recent Gentoo Bugzilla move caused the status of this to change.  Changing
