The leo program needs the tkinter part of python installed, but the ebuild
currently does not check for it.

Ebuild with tkinter added

The attached ebuild fixes this, as well as bumping the version number to the
current version.  The patch against the beta I just renamed - it should
probably be checked to see if it is still needed.

One additional remark - not totally sure, but I think threads support in tcl/tk
might mess up tkinter, or at least leo.  Need confirmation.
