When I try to emerge simgear, the configure stage fails.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  emerge plib-1.4.2-r1
2.  emerge simgear


Actual Results:  
checking for plib 1.6.0 or newer... wrong version
configure: error: Install plib 1.6.0 or later first...

!!! ERROR: dev-libs/simgear-0.3.1 failed.
!!! Function econf, Line 334, Exitcode 1
!!! econf failed


Expected Results:  
The emerge should succeed.

This looks like a simple problem, and not high priority, (if I update plib it
works).  It's just an increase of the version required for plib.
