Bugzilla Bug 153507

games-strategy/freeciv-2.0.8-r2 is stable on x86 (and others), out 30+ days, no
substantial open bugs (one for online help that nobody seems to be able to
reproduce - self included), and works find on a stable amd64 system.

Added missing dep on media-libs/libpng, amd64 stable and FIXED.

Uh, not sure what happened but it isn't marked stable now - not sure if it ever
was.

It was, but somebody on the ppc64 herd obviously thought it shouldn't be stable
on amd64:

fixed. if only i could find the balance between the ai being a dolt and the ai
having alpine troops when i first discover steam...
