Description:   Opened: 2003-02-07 21:59 0000 
builds fail due to xpm not being listed as a dependancy.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to complie xpenguins or xawtv without xpm installed.
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
build failed.  But also builds didn't show xpm as a dependancy just that it was
needed when the builds failed.

Expected Results:  
It should of listed xpm as a dependancy.
