kdesvn 0.9.3 builds fine against subversion 1.3 - but the ebuild requires
>=subverision-1.4 (0.9.3 is able to be built against 1.4, but doesn't require
it).

Thanks for a report!
I first upgraded the subversion and that prompted me to upgrade kdesvn :).
Given that kdesvn is not merely parsing the command line but rather interfaces
subversion API directly it was safer to just assume >=1.4. However it indeed
works with 1.3. I updated the kdesvn DEPEND accordingly.
