After emerging gstreamer-0.10.9 the same error remains.

was with media-libs/gst-plugins-base-0.10.8
after emergeing media-libs/gst-plugins-base-0.10.10 gst-plugins-good-0.10.4
emerges fine.    

updated dep, should be fixed now.
