Exactly as b0rked as app-emulation/basiliskII (Bug 151137), the patch can be
recycled almost verbatim... :(

- fix dependencies
- remove bogus unsupported X flag that hard-dies in configure
- fix broken configure options (dga didn't do anything, added sdl, nls)
- fix pre-stripped binary
