Description:   Opened: 2006-10-17 17:57 0000 
Katoob is a light weight, multi lingual, BIDI-aware text editor. It supports
opening and saving files in multiple encodings. The main support is for Arabic
language, But language specific features can be added.

app-editors/katoob-0.3.8 is already in the tree .. this ebuild is for the new
version 0.5.3

Updated for new version, fixed header, and uses bzip2 instead of bzip
