the digest file digest-nmrpipe-2.3.2005.167.14.44 in the package
sci-chemistry/nmrpipe is outdated and will not work with the currently
available files from http://spin.niddk.nih.gov/NMRPipe/

i've rebuilt the digest as of 10/16/06, it should read as follows:

other than the changes in md5 sum the ebuild works perfectly.  updating this
digest will solve this bug.

Thanks for reporting. NMRPipe 2.5 is now in Portage, so this is fixed.
