BMPx ebuilds use $(use_with aac mp4v2) while they should use $(use_enable aac
mp4v2)

From ./configure --help:
--enable-mp4v2          build BMP with M4A/AAC tag support from mp4v2/faad2
--with-mp4v2-prefix     path to mp4v2 default=/usr

Fixed in media-sound/bmpx-0.32-r1.
