SNNS does not use xaw but Xaw3d - please check the output of "equery files
Xaw3d" to see if your installation is OK.

I hate to disagree, but from a clean stage3 I get this failure, and:
$ equery b /usr/include/X11/Xaw/Form.h
[ Searching for file(s) /usr/include/X11/Xaw/Form.h in *... ]
x11-libs/libXaw-1.0.2 (/usr/include/X11/Xaw/Form.h)

so it depends at least on libXaw, not sure about Xaw3d.

Urgh. Just luck Xaw3d is compatible with Xaw... it indeed linked with Xaw3d and
used the includes from Xaw. Fixed in CVS. Thanks!
