Description:   Opened: 2006-10-11 21:32 0000
A new release of surfraw is out, with a few new elvi and many bugfixes.
The two new elvi are for Google's scholar search, Gentoo's packages page and
discogs. Inclueded in the bugfixes is a solution to the MacOS problem
reported a couple of years ago in Bug #58955!

This one is finally going to be a candidate for prospective stabilistion,
it has slurped up patches for the little issues that have prevented me
calling for stabilisation testing in previous versions :)

Thanks,

James

surfraw-2.1.5-version_bumpage.patch

Seemant,

  Some rationale for the changes:

  * A new version of the Gentoo packages patch, because this release has
conflict causing changes. I've hardcoded the version number in to the
epatch call because it should be usable in future bumps as-is.

  * It removes /etc/surfraw_elvi.list in pkg_postinst(), it was an
autogenerated file and is no longer used. Really, it shouldn't have
been there in the first place. In-tree precedent for exists for
auto-removal, but if you're not happy with it I'll replace it.

Cheers

James
