I've done a revdep-rebuild and re-emerged autoconf (v2.60).

This should be fixed in CVS now. Please test.

Inheriting autotools won't add the dependencies or fix this bug. Reopening,
will attach a proper patch (need to be applied in stable ebuild as well).
