Plus, ppc is the only arch that the bug's blocker affects.

My bad, x86 and ppc are the two arches being blocked.  amd64, however, the deps
have been stabilized.

x86 is stable. As I don't have any bad depends here..I think beandog has gotten
some rancid dogfood :-P

As discussed on IRC, it would be nice if the wxwindows USE flag was renamed to
X because it doesn't serve to select a GUI lib but simply enable/disable GUI
support in general, but I marked it stable anyway as it is not a regression.
