Bugzilla Bug 149869

After upgrading to baselayout-1.13.0_alpha 1, the following scripts were
installed with 644 permissions instead of 755:
   /etc/init.d/modules
   /etc/init.d/keymaps
   /etc/init.d/numlock
   /etc/init.d/consolefont
