The Util-Linux package is out of date, is util-linux-2.11y, most recent version 
on kernel.org is 2.11z


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type "ACCPET_KEYWORDS=~x86" emerge util-linux

Actual Results:  
It wanted to merge the older version because there isn't an ebuild for the 
newest version



If I try to rename the ebuild it will get the latest version but it then fails 
to get the crypt patch.
