Bugzilla Bug 149479

blitz-0.9 installs the pkg-config file for the uninstalled version along with
the installed version.  Unfortunately the uninstalled version is perferred by
pkg-config, so programs try to use the deleted build version.

The following seems to fix it.  Not sure if this is the proper way to remove
the file though.
