Hi Azarah :)  A skin file in the SRC_URI is listed just as a filename and not as
a full http://... path.

Plead guilty ;)  Thought it is ok since the mirror is default, thus it should
get it from there, and the other mirrors should sync from ibiblio.  Fixed by
adding ibiblio as url.
