As there's still no successor for www-client/mozilla-bin this is the request for a www-client/seamonkey-bin ebuild.

Please, use seamonkey-bin instead of mozilla-bin ;-)

Sunrise ebuild works fine for me, but icon is not shown in menu entry, because .desktop file uses "Icon=seamonkey-bin-icon.png" as icon file, but the properly entry should be "Icon=seamonkey-bin.png".

Also, I have that www-client/mozilla-bin should be also included like a blocker:

DEPEND="app-arch/unzip
        !www-client/mozilla-bin
        !www-client/mozilla"

This needs to go to the tree before mozilla-bin can be masked for removal ... I will push the issue with the herd.

The icon "bug" is not fixed in seamonkey-bin-1.0.6 from sunrise overlay

seamonkey-bin-1.0.7 from sunrise works fine :-) please put it into portage tree instead of mozilla-bin-1.7.13 (that is not longer supported by upstream)
