wireshark patch is included in the 0.99.4 (bug 152951).

If you want to commit the wifiscanner patch on a masked version I'll test
against it when wireshark-0.99.4 is released by upstream.

Looking at the patch is may need to be:
                $(use_with !wireshark internal-wiretap) \
                $(use_enable wireshark wtap) \
                --with-wtap_path=/usr/include/wiretap \

Not 100% sure - just a gut feel to make sure USE=-wireshark works.

wireshark changed in 0.99.4 - thanks for the patch.
(TODO need upstream fix)
