Bugzilla Bug 146254

The stable version (0.4.11) doesn't compile, but the testing one does. I
suggest making this version stable.

1) emerges fine
2) passes collision tests

It gives various warnings like this one:

The multilib-strict error in bug 153883 shoudn't stop us, the wrong dependency
in bug 153882 is a little more serious, but easy to fix. Other than that
swh-plugins emerges and works fine on amd64.

Fixed the multilib-strict bug, now stable on amd64.

Re-assigning to ppc (who are missing from cc-list) as the last arch who need to
stabilize this for GCC-4.1 fix0ring :)

They were probably missing, because they don't have any stable version of
swh-plugins, so no need to stabilize ;)

That's right. :)  We'll pass on stabilization until a user requests it.
