there's no version of cuetools in stable, and this one is the lastest, and the ebuild is from february, so why not? :)
Created an attachment (id=97629) [edit] emerge --info I can confirm that this package compiles safely on amd64 but, lacking any suitable test files, I can't vouch for it's usability.
You are right. It works for me on x86. Adding these arches who have app-cdr/cuetools-1.3.1 in ~arch. Please stabilize.

package infiltrated, amd64 agents have done their job.
