It would be nice to have an eselect module for various purposes in managing
vdr.
First thing to mention is selection of Plugins to be loaded.

Up to know this works via emerge --config vdr-femon.

This could perhaps be replaced by:
eselect vdr plugin (add|del) femon|vdr-femon

Added new package app-admin/eselect-vdr.

Interface:
eselect vdr disable <plugin> ...
eselect vdr enable <plugin> ...

#list all plugins
eselect vdr list

#show enabled plugins
eselect vdr show
