Bugzilla Bug 145571

Latest revision (2.9-r1) has been in Portage for over a month, has no open
bugs, and fixes a nasty issue with page reloading in online mode (see bug
#141697).

I'n currently in the process of marking it x86 stable.

emerges fine on amd64, passes multilib-strict and collision-test, works
(successfully caches requests made in offline mode, reads from cache, writes to
cache)
