Something seems to have gone wrong in this update.  The
base-user-defaults.patch-1.10.0 file was removed, but the new ebuild not added,
assuming viewcvs is current.

oops... I think the real bug here is that I removed that 1.10 patch, while it
is still in use by the other 1.10 ebuilds.  1.13 shows up fine.  Will commit
back the  patch asap.
