Hi, links to "ftp://planetmirror.com/" are now invalid - it must be
"ftp://ftp.planetmirror.com/".

Parsec is the only ebuild in Portage which contains such an invalid link -
here's a fixed ebuild, with a bit of ${PN} and SRC_URI tidying also.
