I don't know if it will be of any help (sorry for bothering if it is not), but
it seems that installing scipy 0.5 from tarball works. I just have a weird
message when I load it into python.

<function info at 0xb74450d4> from numpy.lib.utils)

scipy 0.4.x isn't expected to work with the new numpy, that's why I'm bumping
to 0.5.1.

Should be fixed by addition of 0.5.1 and fixing of some deps in 0.4.x.
