ok, please try 0.6.6. it could possibly be just bugs.gentoo.org being unavailable. that traceback actually means it failed to get the attachment, just that its kinda ugly :)
oh crap, i take that back. i can reproduce the bug now. will be fixed in 0.6.7.
fixed in 0.6.7. should hit portage very soon, if you can't wait, just rename the ebuild.
