New ebuild for foremost-1.3 (came out a couple days ago).

This should also fix the segfaults (by passing VERSION as a string not a
double), and the default location of the config file (patch to follow).  I also
added -Wall since the original makefile has that, but it's not necessary.

Actually, thinking about it, this patch could probably be done better using the
CONF defind in the Makefile, but I'm not certain how to do that.

Works great!
Version 0.69 doesn't include built-in file types (like jpg) and the 1.0-ebuild
produces a segfaulty foremost. Version 1.3 with this ebuild (and this patch)
fixes it all for me.

Hehehe, found a little spare time this evening and bumped it to 1.4 (and took
over maintainership).  If there's any problems with it or anything, do please
reopen the bug and let me know...  5:)

I've also added ~amd64 since I've had reported success from multiple users,
please let me know if that causes a problem or wasn't the proper procedure.
