Hi,

This is just a tracker bug, so that folks have somewhere to keep track of
everything that's affected by the stabilisation of baselayout-1.12.  Suggest
folks file separate bugs and make this one DEPEND on them, but if they want to
tag issues onto the bottom of this bug, I guess we can't stop 'em :)
