Hi All,

Please consider marking app-admin/conserver-8.1.14 stable.  FEATURES="test"
should work fine.  If you want to test beyond that, let me know.  

x86: FYI: I use this app daily on a host running stable keywords and haven't
encountered any problems.  All tests invoked from FEATURES="test" ran fine.
