Pls note that the 1.0 pre relases are more experimental then the 0.12.x series
...

It looks like it is the same except for it was changed to work with the new SRC
URI since it uses 1.0pre1.tar.bz2 instead of 1.0_pre1.tar.bz2. Also commented
out the LANGS, I am assuming this is because there is no i18n sources for
1.0pre1 yet (or at least not that I can see). Other than those two fixes it's
the same as the 0.12.16 ebuild in portage and it worked fine for me. Good job!

Yes, of course I noted it's bleeding edge. But some in Gentoo like it, don't
we?
Yes, just modified the SRC URI, since translation is not yet available. (As the
ChangeLog didn't indicate any changes to the installation procedure)

Pls understand this ebuild is just meant to try 1.0pre* - and it works great
for me :-) I will love 1.0!

Fixed in CVS. Sources in a mirror near you. The ebuild was modified to be
correctly compatible with the lack of i18n support. Due to its pre-release
nature and the lack of i18n and encoder/decoder support, apart from having bugs
already, this ebuild has been added to package.mask. Thanks for reporting.
