alpha, ia64 and x86 need to stablize =app-portage/emerge-delta-webrsync-3.5.1
because the current stable version uses the wrong path to the deltas
(snapshot-deltas vs snapshots/deltas)

Can we add the arches?

Arch teams, could you please upgrade your stable keywords?  Alternatively,
remove your stable keywords from the old version, giving us another avenue to
punt it. :)

1) emerges fine
2) passes collision test
3) syncs ok
4) even works with the new tarsync 0.2.1, to be stabilised in bug #141388
but
5) message at the end of syncing process, before update of cahce:

x86 stable - the metadata deprecation message does not affect functionality,
