Bugzilla Bug 142908

In the test suite there is a complaint about a missing xgettext while it is
available on my system (see bottom of emerge.log).

OK, technically this is not a real bug, since it's not a fatal error, and the
failure to find xgettext would be important only when the .pot file is created
(i.e. not when installing the package).

Anyway, I've fixed this in the ebuild, so you could try again after updating
your portage tree.
