There is a ctags 5.6 out now with several bug fixes and it appears that it
incorporates many of the patches that are out for 5.5.

I'm working on porting the gentoo-specific patches to 5.6. I should have a new
version out sometime soon-ish (when I get the time to finish this). Thanks for
your patience.

ctags 5.6 would be nice. Kdevelop 3.3.5 (in portage) relies on --c++-types flag
non-existent in 5.5.x.

This has been bumped in CVS. The haskell and objc patches from ferdy still need
porting, though. When that gets finished, I'll do a revbump with them.

Fernando, could you take a look at those objc and haskell patches for ctags you
committed a while back and maybe get them working for 5.6 (or tell me where
they first came from)?

I had updated #132880 earlier to include support for 5.6. I think the block can
be removed. ;)

Closing this as LATER, in regards to the objc and haskell patches. When someone
gets a chance to port those to 5.6, reopen this bug and I'll commit 'em.
