base-1.2.6-ossim_flag.patch

In relation to ossim request bug 56914, I'm attaching a small patch that would
use the 'ossim' flag to patch base-1.2.6 for ossim.
The file for the patch itself can be found here:

Thanks, bumped version to 1.2.7 in cvs. Leaving open for ossim flag patch, I
haven't tested it yet.

In the mean time I upgraded to net-analyzer/base-1.3.5 w/o any problems until
now.
