Description:   Opened: 2006-07-28 16:22 0000 
It says =sys-libs/db-4.3.29 in the ebuild, which means it wants to downgrade
-r* releases (4.3.29-r2 in this case.) The correct dependency spec probably
should look like this:

>=sys-libs/db-4.3.29
<sys-libs/db-4.3.30

BTW, it works on amd64, so please add ~amd64 to the ebuild.

~sys-libs/db-4.3.29 is probably what you want :-)
