patch solving the problem

Add autotools to inherit
add this patch and eautomake to src_unpack
...and it works.

works for me. However I renamed the patch to anthy-7900-asneeded.patch to be
consistent with anthy-7500b-asneeded.patch.
anthy-dev ML was informed about the patch.
