current stable sci-electronics/gerbv-0.15 fails to build with GCC 4.1 (bug
#125186). if possible, please stabilize >=sci-electronics/gerbv-1.0.1-r1 or
backport a fix from ~arch so we can work on getting GCC 4.1 into stable.

thanks ;d

No known bugs, so please stabilize. Thanks in advance.

We didn't have any keywords in this ebuild, so I've added the ~sparc keyword.
As we don't have gcc-4.x unmasked in any profiles in the tree, I'm removing
SPARC from the CC and we'll stablize in the usual 30 cycle fashion.

alpha doesn't have >=gcc-4 even unmasked, closing. Leaving them in CC in case
they want to keyword something newer.
