x11-libs/libnotify-0.4.2 keyworded

gnome-power-manager emerges fine, passes tests and works.

some minor things...

configure: WARNING: docbook2man not found, will not be able to build man
documentation

Seems to work just fine on my laptop's gnome 2.14.

Stable on x86 along with libnotify-0.4.2.
