RRDtool 1.2.15 was released :
http://lists.ee.ethz.ch/rrd-announce/msg00085.html, with a lot of bug fixes.

A copy of the 1.2.13 ebuild works fine here (with Cacti 0.8.6h) on an up to
date x86 Gentoo installation.
