Bugzilla Bug 140724

Current stable version of valknut (0.3.5) fails to build with GCC 4.1 (bug
#119579).  If possible, please stablize >=net-p2p/valknut-0.3.7 on amd64, hppa,
ppc, and x86 so we can start getting GCC 4.1 ready for stable.

net-p2p/dclib-0.3.7 may also have to be stabilized depending on the arch.

On x86 stable; I have used it since a year and no problem ;)

1) needs dclib 0.3.7, opened stabilisation bug for that
2) emerges fine
3) passes collision test
4) tested some functions -> work
