Fair bit of workd done on the xvid export module plus minor gcc3 and other bug
fixes.  We really need to get one of the 0.6.3 versions released as stable as
all the previous versions have a nasty bug with affects NTSC people.

I have also made a couple of the mpeg4 codecs plus mjpegtools as dependencies as
I lot of the problems I see on the transcode list relates to mjpegtools not
installed.  Would be nice to have so use flags for this.  Something like
USE="svcd" could be used to trigger mjpegtools plus a couple of things in dvdrip.

I had added a dependency to a non existant version of ffmpeg.  This ebuild now
makes xvid and mjpegtools dependencies as most people use one or the other and
there is a number of users complaining especially about mjpegtools not working,
which is actually that it is not installed.
